Made by Maison Ferrand and West Indies Rum Distillery, Planteray Cut & Dry is made in Barbados using locally and sustainably sourced coconuts infused in Barbadian rum.

Roughly one coconut is used to make each one-litre bottle of rum. The coconuts are handpicked at their peak maturity, and the white flesh cut out and dried. The flesh is then infused in Barbados rums.

Launched 9th January 2024, Cut & Dry Coconut Rum is the first rum under the evolved Planteray Rum brand, formerly Plantation.
