Based on third party-produced grain neutral spirit, redistilled in Penderyn Distillery's own copper pot still with juniper berries, orange peel, cassia bark, liquorice root, cinnamon bark, angelica root, ground nutmeg, coriander seeds, lemon peel and oris root.

The water used in distillation is sourced from the distillery's own well.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Complex yet very traditionally styled juniper-led nose with aromas of sage, fresh celery, sweet parma violets and cold-stewed Lady Grey tea.

Taste:

Citrus and liquorice flavours emerge in a palate bursting with flavour, and still juniper-led.

Aftertaste:

Long, slightly bitter cinnamon and cracked black pepper finish with lingering juniper pine and liquorice.
