Ethereal Gin's recipe changes with each limited edition batch, as does the colour of the label. The first batch was lime green and this second batch is a very tasteful pink.

Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
A fragrant nose with strong eucalyptus, menthol, angelica and liquorice aromas.
Taste:
The pungent piney juniper, angelica and rose palate turns prickly with black pepper before softening again with floral flavours.
Aftertaste:
Pine, eucalyptus and pepper return with vengeance in the lingering finish.
