Appearance:

Clear, light golden amber.

Aroma:

Demerara sugar, slightly burnt fruit cake nose, vanilla, freshly sawn old oak and macaroons.

Taste:

British naval rum-like full-bodied palate with demerara sugar, nubuck leather, vanilla, boiled sweets, oaky tannins and butterscotch.

Aftertaste:

Burnt Christmas cake flavour returns to the lingering burnt butter finish, fading with bitter toffee flavours.
