Appearance:
Clear, dark amber.
Aroma:
Sophisticated rum & raisin, bitter chocolate, heavily roasted coffee and burnt nuts.
Taste:
Slightly sweet, only moderately bitter with rich nutty chocolate, sweet vanilla, espresso and fruit cake.
Aftertaste:
Long, curry-like, cardamom, oaky with pleasing heat and mild bitterness.
