Franklin & Sons Elderflower & Cucumber Tonic Water is made with cinchona bark extract blended with elderflower and cucumber flavours, invogorated with sparkling water.

Designed to compliment floral gins and white port.

Appearance:

Crystal clear with plentiful bubbles.

Aroma:

Cucumber and faint elderflower suported by subdued quinine.

Taste:

Dry, cleansing and refreshing cucumber and quinine with delicate elderflower.

Aftertaste:

Attractive, clean, and cleansing finish with cucumber, elderflower and quinine.

Overall:

Soe might be disappointed by the sublty of the elderflower with cucumber arguably more pronounced. However, these flavours are more harmonious, and this tonic best appreciated when served with gin.
