Review and Tasting

Sampled on 09/09/2011

Appearance:

Clear, very light, straw yellow with thin fluffy white head.

Aroma:

Hay-like grassy nose with bran cereal-like aroma and faint green apple skin.

Taste:

While a tad bland, the light palate is clean and well balanced. Honey flavours feature strongly but the little sweetness there is countered by delicate grassy hop bitterness, a touch of citrus acidity and faint vegetal flavours.

Aftertaste:

Slightly sweet short corn finish with faint lemon acidity.
