Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Chargrilled pineapple with a faint mezcal-like smokiness.

Taste:

Starts with sweet chargrilled pineapple, then layers of chili and black pepper spice build and dominate.

Aftertaste:

Long spice chili and black pepper finish with ripe pineapple and a lingering smokiness.

Overall:

Spiced vodka meets smoky spiced mezcal. It just falls short of enough alcohol to qualify as a vodka in the UK and EU.
