Review and Tasting

Appearance:

Faint hazy, golden amber with thin but retentive off-white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Pungent pine resin and grassy hops with zesty orange and grapefruit. Light white toasted baguette.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Bitter resinous pine, orange and grapefruit zest with faint passion fruit. Soft carbonation.

Aftertaste:

Dry, fairly bitter finish with resiny grip and pronounced citrus zest.
