As the name suggests, this Jack Brand ale is brewed with Mosiac hops which are used at three stages during the boil, and once again during fermentation. As Adnams say, "The result is a blonde beer with a dry, hoppy finish and bags of Mosaic personality".

Appearance:

(31/Aug/15) Clear, medium amber with thin but retentive head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Tropical fruit, pine and grapefruit.

Taste:

Grapefruit zest, passion fruit and mango with pine resin.

Aftertaste:

Pine, grapefruit zest and passion fruit.
