Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/07/2016

Appearance:

(sample can BBE 07/Aug/16) Hazy, mid-golden amber with retentive moderately thick ivory white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Tropical fruit, grapefruit and orange zest with lightly grassy hops. Underlying herbal malt.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Pine resins and grassy hops with moderate bitterness and generous zesty citrus.

Aftertaste:

Dry with lingering grassy/faintly metallic hop bitterness.

Overall:

Dry and hop-forward but this zesty citrusy pale ale is far from being a hop monster.
