Appearance:
Hazy, deep orange amber with thin but retentive off-white head and moderate lacing.
Aroma:
Caramel malt, earthy straw with light jammy zesty orange.
Taste:
Almost Ovaltine like malt with caramel, yeasty Marmite-like notes and light grapefruit marmalade hops.
Aftertaste:
Sweet caramel malty finish with light hop bitterness.
Overall:
A likeable flavoursome ale with heavy yeasty Marmite-like notes.
