Hazy, deep coppery amber with retentive off white head and sticky lacing.
Aroma:
Yeasty brown bready, caramel, roasted nuts, demerara sugar and coriander.
Taste:
Sweet brown bread, caramel and candy, with light coriander spice and roasted nuts. Slight cider-like notes.
Aftertaste:
Brown bread, caramel and nutty cider-like notes.
Overall:
Sweet yeasty brown bread, caramel and nutty cider-like flavours.
