This whiskey, honey and apple flavoured cider is named after the speakeasies of Prohibition America which were known as blind pig. In keeping with the theme each bottle comes wrapped in brown paper printed with newsprint under the heading ‘The City Chronicle’.

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden with light carbonation and a ring of foam.

Aroma:

Whiskey, honey, chocolate cake and green apple skin.

Taste:

Green and red apple with cleansing citric acidity helping to balance honeyed sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Red and green apple with citric acidity, elderflower and honey.

Overall:

Honey, green apple and citrus. Whiskey notes are subdued to say the least.
