Appearance:
(sample best before end Oct/15) Cloudy, pale sandy yellow with thin white short lived head.
Aroma:
Cinnamon, nutmeg and coriander with lemon squash, meringue and white pepper.
Taste:
White pepper, crusty white bread, bland apple and peach with nutmeg and coriander.
Aftertaste:
White bread crust, coriander and faint lemon.
