Sampled before 1st May 2011

Appearance:

(sample bottle best before 18/Dec/17) Cloudy, pale sandy yellow with thick retentive off-white head and creamy lacing.

Aroma:

White bread, cloudy apple juice, coriander, white pepper and faint elderflower.

Taste:

Light to medium bodied. Thirst quenching crispness with wheat bread and enlivening coriander and white pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Wheat bread and lingering spice with faint elderflower.

Overall:

Well-balanced and thirst-quenching with freshly baked white bread and invigorating coriander and white pepper spice.
