Appearance:

Clear (slight chill haze), pale golden with thin white head.

Aroma:

Wheat with sour notes, faint banana chews and clove.

Taste:

Light to medium-bodied. Soft white bread malt, sour with pine hops and mild clove.

Aftertaste:

White bread crust, clove and banana cake.

Overall:

Clove, banana chews and light pine add layers of flavour over sour wheat bread crust.
