Appearance:

Clear, pale greeny-yellow.

Aroma:

Pungent herbal grassy genépi and cracked black pepper spice.

Taste:

Wonderfully herbal, grassy and floral with wormwood woody bitterness, light spice and honeyed sweetness.

Aftertaste:

Complex herbal, grassy finish with enlivening spice.

Overall:

Beautifully balanced and fabulously complex with herbal and floral grassy genépi, honeyed richness and light freshening spice.
