This 100% natural liqueur is made by macerating ‘griottes Montmorency’ cherries and darker and sweeter cherries in neutral alcohol.

Appearance:

Clear, ruby red.

Aroma:

Pungent cherries with faint jammy and raspberry aromas.

Taste:

Intense cherry but with thin mouthfeel. Slightly on the tart side with sparing use of sugar.

Aftertaste:

Ripe cherry with slight raspberry jam.
