Adnams Pomme Pom is distilled in a copper pot still from Hogan’s English Cider which is fermented from the juice of over 30 different English apple varieties grown in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. The apple spirit is maturated for three years in new European oak casks.

Released in October 2014 as a limited in edition of just over 2,000 bottles.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Fragrant red apple with white pepper and cinnamon spice.

Taste:

Newly sawn oak and aggressive pepper and cinnamon spice overpowers ripe red apple. Attractive vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Stewed apple, vanilla, cinnamon and black pepper spice.
