Review and Tasting

Sampled on 16/08/2016

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

New leather, ripe apricot, orange oil, celery and spicy oak.

Taste:

Rich ripe apricot and cherry fruit with zesty citrus, black peppercorn spice and dry oak.

Aftertaste:

Black pepper spice, leather and ripe cherry.

Overall:

Fruity and spicy. Ripe apricot and cherry with zesty citrus offset by enlivening black pepper spice and dry oak complexity.
