Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Nutty balsa wood, rye bread, nutmeg, coriander, eucalyptus, caraway and pine needles with subtle lavender.

Taste:

Creamy cereal, cracked black pepper, nutmeg, pine and eucalyptus.

Aftertaste:

Pine resin, caraway and nuts. Overall: The heavy rye influence makes this gin perhaps more reminiscent of a jenever.
