Daffy’s first limited edition, launched in May 2016 to celebrate the new racing season and is dedicated to the Manor Racing Formula One team with the makers saying, “Our quest was to make a gloriously fresh and exciting gin using nine of our botanicals.” Just 2,500 bottles were produced.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Zesty lemon oils, birch/pine and black pepper with nutty angelica root, hop/celery-like angelica seed and faint lavender.

Taste:

Clean, slightly creamy palate. Cinnamon, piney juniper and cracked black pepper. Faint nutty notes.

Aftertaste:

Long, faintly bitter, zesty, cracked black pepper finish.

Overall:

Classic London dry in style but with pronounced zesty citrus, celery-like angelica seed and faint lavender.
