Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent freshly sliced succulent fresh cucumber with juniper and other botanicals comparatively subdued.

Taste:

Piney juniper is far more pronounced on the palate with cucumber notes obvious but well integrated with classic London dry gin flavours.

Aftertaste:

Long finish with lingering cucumber notes outlasting peppery spice.

Overall:

A clean crisp juniper forward gin with pungent cucumber aroma. Cucumber sits well with the other botanicals on both the nose and palate but is less attractive in the long finish.
