Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Baked agave, caramel, wood varnish and golden syrup with faint mocha coffee.

Taste:

Dry and woody, but not overly so and with only mild bitter tannins. Pleasing caramel, dried grassy vanilla.

Aftertaste:

Woody and dry with light dried grassy notes.

Overall:

Lightly spicy with pronounced varnished oak, vanilla, caramel and dried grass.
