Made from a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye and 10% two row malt, FEW Bourbon is aged in barrels made from Minnesota oak, which due to having a shorter growing season, has a tighter grain.

Appearance:
Clear, deep coppery amber.
Aroma:
New leather, cereal, vanilla, freshly sawn oak and clove with roasted almond, cinnamon and green apple.
Taste:
Dry sawn oak and pencil shavings juxtapose sweet toffee and caramel with cardamom, clove and black pepper spice.
Aftertaste:
Long, dry spicy oaky finish.
Overall:
With its generous 46.5% alc./vol., Few Bourbon has pronounced young dry woody notes with accompanying enlivening clove and, cinnamon and black pepper spice. A boldly-characterful bourbon to befit the brand's motto, "Fortune fancies the bold."
