Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Apple pie, ripe pear, pear drops, lemon and toasted almond with mild cinnamon spice. Water reveals more grassy notes.

Taste:

Orchard fruit, pear drops, cinnamon and peppery spice with caramel and faint toasted almond.

Aftertaste:

Peppery spice with more green apple and grassy notes.

Overall:

Apple pie and pear with grassy notes and warning spice. Faint toasted almond adds depth.
