Review and Tasting

Sampled on 03/02/2022

Appearance:

Clear, deep golden amber.

Aroma:

Biscuity malt, vanilla and caramel with light toasty oak and cinnamon spice.

Taste:

Cinnamon, black pepper and nutmeg spicy entry leads to a sweet biscuity maltiness with baked apple, caramel, vanilla, and white chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Custard creams biscuity malt, honey and light spice.

Overall:

Rich and biscuity with generous baked apple, caramel, vanilla and white chocolate, all toned with asertive baking spice. Perhaps lacks poise.
