Appearance:

Clear, bright strawberry red.

Aroma:

Subdued. Ripe fresh strawberry and strawberry jelly with faint herbal scents.

Taste:

Mildly bittersweet and vermouth like with herbal notes beautifully balancing rich but subtle strawberry.

Aftertaste:

Off dry with lingering herbal notes and faint strawberry.

Overall:

Reminiscent of herbal dry vermouth infused with rich strawberry jelly. Yumm.
