Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Ripe pineapple skin, cider apples, apple vinegar, rosemary, honeysuckle and white pepper.

Taste:

Dry with cleansing cider apple acidity, ripe pineapple, green apple, rosemary, grapefruit zest and black pepper.

Aftertaste:

Long, tart red apple, pineapple and black pepper.

Overall:

Dry, very fruity and refreshingly acidic. Cider apple, ripe pineapple, green apple skin, rosemary, grapefruit zest and black pepper.
