After weeks of judging, the jury selected Afonso Fernandes and Francisco Serrador from LUV – La Última Y nos Vamos, in Portugal, as the winning team for the Wild Card place in the final of Havana Club Cocktail Maestros. Their Mambisa cocktail, inspired by the iconic Canchánchara, was created as a drink that bridges the essence of Cuba and the soul of Portugal.
