"Popp" the Apple

Serve in a

Collins glass

Garnish:

Whipped cream on top, dust with cinnamon and dust a half slice of apple with cinnamon - place on top of cocktail. Finish with a straw

How to make:

Shake all the ingredients, except the whipping cream, with ice cubes.
Take a small collins glass and fill with ice
Fine strain into the glass
Whip cream for 1-2 minutes. Take a freezer bag and add the whip cream. Clip a hole in the bottom corner and squeeze on top of the cocktail. Dust with cinnamon on top
Take an apple and make a thin slice and cut it in half. Dust with cinnamon powder and place onto of the whip cream.
Enjoy with a straw.

2/3 fl oz Adriatico Bianco Amaretto Liqueur
2/3 fl oz Avallen Calvados
1/2 fl oz Sour apple liqueur
1/3 fl oz Orgeat (almond) sugar syrup (2:1)
1/3 fl oz Green apple purée
2 fl oz Whipping cream
