This delicious, creamy almond liqueur is technically an amaretto but is more accurately termed an almond milk liqueur. Its flavour and creamy/milky consistency derive from its being made of crushed almonds with added alcohol and a touch of sugar. So, despite its being creamy, it is lactose-free.

Best described as an almond milk liqueur, Adriatico Bianco is a drier, non-dairy alternative to traditional cream liqueurs with attractive almond notes throughout. Not as 'creamy' as a dairy cream liqueur but also not a cloying or filling. Its being lactose-free will appeal to many, and due to being made with almonds, it has a high protein content so foams like egg white when used in cocktails.
