Serve in a

Nick & Nora glass

Garnish:

3 drops of Argan oil or walnut oil if you can't find Argan oil

How to make:

Put all the ingrédients except the orange zest in a mixin glass.
Stir and serve in chilled nick and norah glass.
Exprim the zest but don't put in the glass.
Garnish with 3 drops of Argan oil
Nb: the doses of salin solution and absinthe are dashes, 3 of each.

2/3 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
2 fl oz Fino sherry
1/2 fl oz Combier Doppelt Kummel Extra Liqueur
1/24 fl oz Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s
1/24 fl oz Absinthe verte
1 twist Orange zest/swath
