Garnish:

Release the oils of a fresh orange peel over the cocktail and twiste the peel, before throwing it into the Coupe.

How to make:

Start out with pouring all the spirits into a stirring vessel filled with ice, together with a fresh orange peel.
Stir quickly for around 30 seconds.
Quickly rinse a coupe glass with coffee and pour the stirred spirits into this coupe.
Top up the coupe with cold sparkling water and Twist the other orange peel over the drink, before leaving the twisted peel in the filled coupe.

2/3 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
2/3 fl oz ELG Brandy (or another italian style brandy)
2/3 fl oz Bad dog orange liqueur (or grand marnier red)
1 barspoon Aperol Aperitivo
2 fresh Orange peel
Top up with Carbonated/Sparkling/Selzer mineral water
1/3 fl oz French press/cafetière coffee
