How to make:

1. First, acid-adjust red tart cherry juice by adding 4.25g of citric acid to every 100mL of red tart cherry juice in an airtight container. vigorously shake until acid is completely dissolved in the juice.
2. Prepapre olive brine saline by mixing 0.5oz of olive brine with 3.5oz of water.
3. Combine Adriatico Amaretto, gin, artichoke liqueur, acid-adjusted cherry juice, & olive brine saline in a cocktail shaker.
4. Add ice. Shake for 10-15 seconds until properly diluted & chilled.
5. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

1 fl oz Adriatico Amaretto Liqueur
1 fl oz Malfy Con Limone Gin
1/2 fl oz Cynar artichoke amaro
1/2 fl oz Acid-Adjusted Red Tart Cherry Juice
2 drop Olive Brine Saline
