Named after the area of London where Fuller's is based, Chiswick Bitter is brewed using Pale ale and Crystal Malts with Northdown and Challenger hops. Target is used as a bittering hop and then this is late dry hopped with Goldings. In 1999, Fuller's made improvements to this beer’s brewing process.

Αξιολόγηση

Η γευσιγνωσία έγινε στις 20/10/2012

Όψη:

(best before 23-Feb-13) Clear, burnished coppery amber with virtually no head.

Μύτη:

Subdued nose with earthy grassy hay, nettles and caramel malt. Slightly soapy floral note.

Στόμα:

Moderately bitter session ale with tart citrus notes and floral hops.

Επίγευση:

Hop bitterness more obvious on the finish with lingering citrus zest oils. All this really lacks is some punch but its low alcohol content could also be its appeal.
