Bar: The Gyros Club in The Hague
The base of my cocktail starts with our spent coffee grinds. By incorporating spent coffee grinds into all my homemade ingredients (coffee & cacao liqueur, coffee bitters and garnish) I was able to create a new clarified version of the classic Espresso Martini.
From a community perspective, I have created batches of my cocktail presented in custom-made bottles. In this way, participating bars can buy and resell this cocktail to their customers while maintaining consistency in the balance and flavour of every single drop poured in every bar. Bars can also refill their bottles when empty at The Gyros Club.
With the revenue from selling my cocktail, I will reinvest in the very same bartending community by hosting workshop sessions at The Gyros Club in The Hague and, eventually, The Netherlands to preach all the goodness that Ketel One and Garnished with Good stand for.
With my passion for bartending, drive to support the bartending community and a better world, I would like to state that, together we can make it better, together we are all ONE.

Cocktail: ONE
Recipe:
40 ml Ketel One Vodka
30 ml Housemade Espresso & Cacao Liqueur
35 ml Espresso
2 drops Housemade Coffee Bitters
Glass: Savage Martini
Garnish: Custom Espresso Martini reduction & orange peel
Method: ONE is a pre-batched cocktail, pour straight up into a chilled martini glass.
