Iconic Pride Cocktail
The Iconic Pride cocktail was created by Luca Grossi for Ketel One's Garnished With Good Initiative, and it's available throughout the summer 2024 at Dutch Courage in Amsterdam.

Our Pride 2024 cocktail is inspired by the historic COC Netherlands movement. Founded in 1946, this Dutch group is now the oldest existing LGBT organization in the world. It offers personal support, support groups, information, educational lessons in high schools, and places where gays and lesbians can meet.
The cocktail's ingredients also reference two more movements: "Gays & Gadgets" and "Pride Juice." The first of them inspired us to use garnish cards with extraordinary stories of those who impacted the past and present history of the rainbow community, hence the idea for the name "Iconic."
"Pride Juice" is a brand producing 100% local vegetable and fruit juices. The product is made by farmers in the Netherlands who are calling for attention to the acceptance of queer youth in rural areas.
With this drink, we also want to actively participate in Pride 2024 by supporting local (and not) groups and activities. We will donate 1 Euro from every cocktail sold to the COC Netherlands organization! Change also comes from small things, maybe even from a cocktail.
Recipe
45 ml Ketel One Botanicals Peach & Orange Blossom
30 ml Pride Juice
20 ml Lemon juice
15 ml Ginger syrup
10 ml Elderflower liqueur
10 ml Violet liqueur
2 dashes Angostura Aromatic Bitter
Shaken with ice and garnished with a queer card, the vibrant dark fuchsia-coloured cocktail celebrates the LGBTQ+ movement's courage and unity.
