QORI

40 ml Ketel One Family-Made Vodka
30 ml fresh pineapple juice
15 ml chicha de jora syrup
10 ml fresh lime juice
60 ml chicha de jora soda
Instructions: the first 4 ingredients are mixed and clarified together using whole milk. The result is strained over cheesecloth. In a tall glass, add the spear ice, pour the clarified mixture and top up with the local soda for an amazing local and tasty experience.
