Moon Daiquiri
Glassware: Low tumbler
Garnish: Ice ball
- 15ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11YO
- 20ml Elixir No.3 (Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11YO infused with coffee beans, raisins, cocoa nibs, and fresh papaya)
- 10ml Lime juice
- 25ml Banana liqueur
Method: Add ingredients in a crystal jar with ice, stir and single strain in the "gallonare" Italian way. Serve in a lowball tumbler with ice sphere.
Inspiration:: The Moon Daiquiri (also known as Honey Moon Old Havana) is a variation of the original Honey Moon cocktail, featured in a 1940 promotional recipe book by Trocadero Distillery to advertise its liqueurs.
