- 50 ml Ron Santiago de Cuba Extra Añejo 11 Year Old
- 5 ml Cachaça
- 15 ml Banana juice
- 25 ml Lime juice
- 12 ml Pandan syrup
- 2 drops Salt solution
The creator says: "I always wanted to create a fresh and easy drink with pandan, and with this recipe I think I finally mastered it!
The idea is to make it play with banana and bergamot to create an evolution at any sip throughout the drink. To do so I applied the perfumery technique, composing a journey through different flavours."
