Flavoured with honey from beehives placed in New Zealand’s Manuka tree plantations. This dark honey has oaky flavours and a hint of caramel and is vaporized by applying direct heat driving off steam that condenses into a rich essence. 42 Below vodka is then infused with this honey essence.

Launched in the Southern Hemisphere in December 2003.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

A strongly honey, slightly bran-like nose.

Taste:

Initially sweet palate which is almost as strong in caramel flavour as it is honey.

Aftertaste:

Quickly turns dry as the honey flavour builds towards finish.
