Can I order an item from your shop by phone?
Unfortunately, we don't have the ability to take orders and payments by phone.
Can I add an item to my existing order?
Our ordering system does not currently allow this.
Can I track my delivery from your shop?
Our courier will provide you with a tracking number as soon as your package has been dispatched. You will also receive shipping updates via text if you provide your mobile telephone number at checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order I placed online?
Yes, if it has not yet been despatched. Please contact us at shop@diffordsguide.com to discuss changing or cancelling your order.
Where does Difford's Guide deliver?
We deliver all items to the UK only but only ship our Difford's Guide® books and Easy Jigger® internationally.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at shop@diffordsguide.comand attach a photograph of your damaged item. We will need you to keep the original packaging, so please don't throw it away just yet.
Something is wrong with my item(s). What should I do?
