Launched in the mid 1990s on the back of the success of Opal Nera Black Sambuca, as the name suggests, Opal Bianca is the clear sister brand. Opal Bianca is flavoured with Chinese star anise, Italian green anise, fresh lemon and elderflowers.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent, fennel and star anise with very faint elderberry and white pepper corn.

Taste:

Intense star anise and liquorice with sweetness balanced by anise attack, citric acidity and faint lime zest.

Aftertaste:

Lingering anise and liquorice with faint coffee and white chocolate emerging as the finish fades.
