Review and Tasting

Sampled on 10/09/2018

Appearance:

Clear, tawny red.

Aroma:

Wonderfully aromatic, raspberry Mivvi and raspberry tart.

Taste:

Clean and fruity with intense cooked raspberry flavours - fresh raspberries, raspberry tart filling, Jammie Dodgers' centre and fresh blueberry. Sweetness is balanced by fruit tartness and acidity.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering cooked raspberry and blueberry with tart acidity.

Overall:

Intensely flavoured and rich, this intensely raspberry liqueur would work well in cocktail recipes calling for a crème de framboise.
