Review and Tasting

Sampled on 30/12/2014

Clear, dark amber.

Muscavado sugar, caramel and blackened fruitcake and lemon zest.

Caramel, slightly woody, retains fruitcake notes with generous dried fruit, molasses and bitter chocolate.

Slightly bitter finish introduces dry nutty notes.
