Appearance:
Clear, dark amber.
Aroma:
Muscavado sugar, caramel and blackened fruitcake and lemon zest.
Taste:
Caramel, slightly woody, retains fruitcake notes with generous dried fruit, molasses and bitter chocolate.
Aftertaste:
Slightly bitter finish introduces dry nutty notes.
