Sampled on 15/07/2012

Appearance

Crystal Clear.

Aroma

Juniper notes of pine, lavender and camphor with lemon zest, sage and eucalyptus.

Taste

Fresh zingy juniper with zesty lemony bite and orange ripeness; character and interest are enhanced by more subtle rooty notes with fresh coriander and mild white pepper spice.

Aftertaste

Refreshing pine freshness lingers with subtle white pepper and liquorice-like rootyness.
