For over two centuries this unaged ‘classic’ grappa bianco from Nardini has been the best-selling premium grappa on the Italian market. Its white label, unchanged for over 100 years, can be seen on the shelves of almost every bar, restaurant and liquor store in Italy.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Chocolate truffles, white pepper, banoffee pie and chamois leather.

Taste:

Powerful white pepper spirity spice, chocolate drinking powder and faint cherry. It 50% alc./vol. packs a punch but it is best appreciated sipped neat as water appears to perversely dial up rather than tame its spirit spice.

Aftertaste:

White chocolate, chocolate truffles and lingering white pepper. A traditionally styled, grappa which is great in caffè correttos.
