Brugse Zot is a golden blond ale brewed with four different kinds of malt and two aromatic varieties of hops. It is top fermented with secondary fermentation in the bottle. Refurbished in 2008 and welcoming visitors, De Halve Maan is the only family brewery still surviving in the centre of Bruges.

Yeasty, sweet malt nose with herbal notes, subtle orange zest and overripe banana.
